From the Unterland to the Ahrntal valley and the Dolomites, heavy rainfall is possible, whilst there will be less rain towards the upper Vinschgau valley.

The weather is set to improve on Thursday. Whilst sunshine will prevail in the southern parts of the region, conditions will remain slightly changeable along the alpine crest. A gusty north wind will blow in some valleys. On Friday, it will remain partly sunny, with thicker clouds lingering at times in the northern parts of the region. Saturday will start off changeable in the north, but it will become sunny everywhere with summery temperatures as the day progresses. On Sunday, the mostly sunny and summery weather will continue.
