Rate:
The half board rate is available for stays of at least 3 nights. Under 3 nights, we reserve the right to apply a supplement of 6.00 euros per room per day. In the event of occupancy of a single room, the supplement will be 10.00 euros a day.
Hotel services not used, such as breakfast or dinner, are neither substituted nor reimbursed. In the event of early departure and/or delayed arrival, 80% of the agreed rate will be deducted for the remaining days which are not used.
The price list is valid up to and including November, 2012. The publication of the latest price list invalidates previous price lists. Although we check thoroughly before printing, we cannot be held responsible for any printing errors and reserve the right to make changes.
Rates for children
The following reductions are only applied in the case of accommodation in the same room as two paying adults:
- Children from 0 to 1.99 years: free (cot available on request)
- Children from 2 to 5.99 years: 50% reduction
- Children from 6 to 11.99 years: 30% reduction
- Children from 12 to 14.99 years: 10% reduction
Methods of payment:
The hotel bill may be paid either by credit card or with cash. Since December 6, 2011 it is in Italy by law no. 201/2011 no longer permitted to pay amounts exceeding Euro 999.99 in cash. However, the following payment methods are allowed: debit cards, credit cards, non-transferable cheques, bank transfers.
Booking and Deposit:
In confirmation of the booking, you are requested to pay a deposit of €100.00 per person by bank transfer. We are not responsible for any ancillary expenses.

Arrival and Departure:
On the day of your arrival, the room will be available to you from around 14.00. On the day of your departure, the room must be vacated by and no later than 10.00.
Dogs:
Dogs are allowed on request. The rate applied is €14.00 per day (without meals). We reserve the right to charge for the costs of any final cleaning. Please bring the dog’s basket and blanket with you. Domestic animals are not allowed in the dining room or the Wellbeing Area. We thank you for your understanding.
Free transfer:
We provide free transfer from the station of Valdaora-Rasun or Brunico station. Please give us due notice.
Conditions in the event of cancellation
- Cancellation of a room is valid only when given in writing.
- In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, you may withdraw from the accommodation contract by giving written notice without a cancellation penalty being charged. The same is valid in the event the hotel withdraws from the contract.
- Cancellation with written notice after the 30th day but before the 15th day before the day of agreed arrival: 40% of the total price of the stay must be paid.
- Cancellation with written notice by the 8th day before the day of agreed arrival: 60% of the total price of the stay must be paid.
- Cancellation with written notice after the 8th day before the day of agreed arrival: 90% of the total price of the stay must be paid.
Travel insurance: We advise you to take out travel insurance to protect yourself in the event of cancellation of your holiday. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, we will be delighted to give you any information on taking out insurance.
